Yes. The free Apprentice tier lets you browse, RSVP, host, join guilds, and use the player tools. Paid tiers — Adept ($5/mo) and Archmage ($12/mo) — add unlimited RSVPs, campaign tools with the AI Game Master, guild creation, more AI, and priority access.
Do I need a group to get started?
No — that's the whole point. Find open tables and players near you, or start your own session and let others join. Guilds and campaigns help a one-off table become a regular crew.
I run a venue or store — how does Waypoint help my business?
Three ways: turn your space into bookable gaming space with secure payments; expand your footprint by getting discovered by nearby players and turning their demand into events; and sell more through your own storefront in the Waypoint Store. A business dashboard shows attendance, revenue, and market trends.
How does the store integration work?
Partners get a storefront inside the Waypoint Store that appears alongside every player's checkout. Payments run through Stripe and land in your connected account; Waypoint handles receipts and order/fulfillment tracking.
Can I buy, sell, and trade with other players?
Yes — the member Marketplace lets you list gear, dice, minis, cards, and collectibles to buy, sell, or trade with other players. Shipped sales are protected by escrow (funds are held until you confirm delivery), and you can also arrange local pickup or straight trades. It's separate from the curated Waypoint Store of Waypoint's own merch and vetted partner storefronts.
Is my information private?
Your profile is private by default — you decide what's public. Minors are kept out of public discovery automatically, and you control who can message or follow you.
